Smart City Hospitality in Valencia
Valencia is a founder city of the Spanish Network for Smart Cities and It also belongs to the Euro Mediterranean Network of Sustainable Cities. Its strategy is based on smart growth (Knowledge and innovation), sustainable Growth (with the effective use of resources) and Inclusive Growth (high level of employment, delivering social and territorial cohesion).
The specific objectives of the smart city project in Valencia is to design a strategy to foster R+D+I, talent and entreprenurship, thorugh joint responsibility and reciprocal knowledge. The Strategy gathers key agents from R+D+I and entrepreneurship local ecosystem: public and private universities, Business Organisations, Research and Technological institutes and Public Administration and directs key agent´s efforts and actions towards common objectives.
